1976 – Company founded by Dr. Henry Elmenhorst

1984 – Relocation of production from Landskron to Villach

1987 – Implementation of quality management system

1990 – Competence broadening through foundation of a tool design and construction company (WMV GmbH)

1995 – First patent application

1998 – Implementation of a production planning and control system

2003 – Company taken over by Michael Altemeyer

2006 – Enlargement of the production area by 2000m²

2012 – Replacement of hydraulic injection moulding machines (valve production)

2013 – Implementation of highly advanced 100% inspection machines for caps (Capwatcher)

2013-18 – Implementation of all-electric injection moulding machines (for caps production)

2018 – First audit according to BRC Global Standard Packaging and Packaging Materials Issue 5

2019 – Recertification audit BRC Global Standard Packaging and Packaging Materials Issue 5

2020 – Company take-over by Dr. Boris Altemeyer
